#suggestive
Crystal clear sea, volcanic islands and jagged and suggestive coasts. The Aeolian Islands are one of the 53 Italian sites included by Unesco in the World Heritage List in the section relating to naturalistic heritage.
The archipelago of the Aeolian Islands in Sicily consists of seven beautiful islands – Lipari, Panarea, Vulcano, Stromboli, Salina, Alicudi and Filicudi – and some islets and rocks emerging from a clear blue sea. A cruise of the Aeolian Islands will take you to discover the worldly Panarea, Stromboli and Strombolicchio and the “sciara di fuoco”, the green Salina where Troisi shot one of the most beautiful scenes of “Il Postino”, the wild Alicudi and Filicudi, without forgetting the larger Lipari and Vulcano with its mud and black sand.
The itineraries are variable, depending on the port of embarkation, the length of the holiday and the weather and sea conditions.
